The little knowledge of boiler daily maintenance:

Electric steam boiler

1.Boiler water quality must conform to the state standards, the boiler shall be equipped with using water softener and if it doesn’t use softened water,the boiler will cause scale,which affects the boiler efficiency and service life, even more will cause serious accidents.
2.Boiler power distribution terminal must be connected to the leakage protector (own), and connected to the grounding line to ensure the safety of electricity,details can refer to general electrical wiring;
3.Professional personnel to check the primary loop fittings, cold pressing head, circuit breaker, contactor, power lines heating tube and other fasteners every week.When maintenance and maintenance of the boiler,it must cut off power supply ;
4.It is necessary that relief valve discharge test every week, if not perform,the user is responsible for the consequences
5. In the process of using,the boiler should be sewaged at least two times everyday (with pressure below 0.15 MPa);Discharge pipes should be properly connected to safe place;
6.Rinse water barrel on a regular basis (with pressure below 0.15 Mpa), regular cleaning water level electrode and water tank filter under no stress.

7. If the ambient temperature under 0 ℃, please pay attention to the anti-freezing work of water supply piping , and after work finished,please empty the pump head of water pump over the water to avoid frost crack pump head.

8. If user does not perform the above clause, the consequences is in the charge of user, the damage is beyond the scope of the warranty.

Oil(gas) steam boiler

1.Boiler water quality must conform to the state standards, the boiler shall be equipped with using water softener and if it doesn’t use softened water,the boiler will cause scale,which affects the boiler efficiency and service life, even more will cause serious accidents.

2. In order to guarantee the normal work of the combustion engine,oil boiler uses the fuel of equipment specified label,bans to use inferior oil and oil without conformed label,do well of cleaning including pipes, filters, burning oil pump, etc.according to the quality of oil.Gas boiler uses natural gas or LPG,which is satisfactory, gas pipeline should be installed regulator valve (reducing valve), pressure gauge and should satisfy the flow and pressure of burner,which ensure the high efficient operation of the boiler burner

3. The equipment shall be ensured it can connect ground before used.professional staff inspect main circuit (power into the line, contactor, circuit breaker, the combustion machine, etc.) fittings tightness every month and must cut off power supply when maintain and repair.

4. Staff must do emission testing to safety valve by manual operation every week,wash boiler water level gauge,clean and detect water level electrode regularly.

5. Boiler should be sewaged one time during using everyday(with pressure below 0.15 Mpa);drain pipe shall be properly connected to safety.

7.When the boiler stop using,please immediately shut off the power, oil circuit(gas circuit) and water supply valve
